STEP is a volunteer program inspiring people to bridge the generations through empowering conversations.
 
Mission?  To change the social norm of aging and to understand the value of every person at any age.

STEP

Founded in Olympia in 2014, and in Victoria, CA in 2018 - STEP elders and youth ages 13-25 meet every Saturday at 11am via Zoom.

STEP - Sharing Teens and Elders Project, and the Squaxin Island Tribe are proud to partner for The Elder Project connecting Youth and Elders to listen and document the stories that connect our past, our family, our community and our culture.
