What is STEP?
STEP is an international intergenerational program inspiring people of all races, genders, abilities and ages to bridge the generations through empowering conversations.
STEP's mission is to provide opportunities for people to learn and understand another person's value, no matter what age, to help grow a stronger community and world.
Founded in Olympia, 2014, STEP elders and youth ages 13-25 meet every Saturday at 11am via Zoom.
Founded in Victoria BC, STEP UP encourages youth 18-25 to learn and share with elders of the community.
